Delivery and exchange

Ritzy now offers delivery for all orders. Kindly note that we deliver to the United Arab Emirates and GCC countries .

Deliveries take between 2 to 2 days*.

Please note there are remote locations within UAE that may have longer delivery times, which are dependent on our delivery provider.

Be completely reassured that we are taking all the necessary measures in the preparation and shipping of your orders in order to limit any risk.

Please note the delivery might be effected during the public holidays.

Refund Policy

The following is applicable only to orders placed via this website. Goods bought in one of our Ritzy stores must be returned to store.
Once received, goods that have product defaults you can refund as credit note only within 4 days. Please include your order number note as proof of purchase.
Please note that the initial Delivery charges (if any were applied).

Customers are also entitled to cancel their order for a full refund only in the same order day ( before order dispatched) in case the order was dispatched, credit note will be issued only. The refund will be to the customer used card within 14 working days. This can be done by contacting our customer services team at  info@ritzy.ae (we are only able to converse in English and Arabic at this time). We are open 10:00am to 11pm UAE time Monday to Friday and 10am to 7pm UAE time Saturday and Sunday.

Exchange Policy

In case of exchange only, the customer are able to exchange the product within 4 days of the actual invoice. The product should in original situation and original full packaging ( in case failure to return the product in the original situation the exchange will not be provided) It is not possible to exchange goods purchased on this website through our actual store .

RETURNS RESTRICTIONS

Pierced products (such as earrings), cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
