Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ritzy purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, eligible returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Exchanges

Certain items, including earrings or customized pieces, may not be eligible for return for hygiene or personalization reasons.

Items that are marked as sale of 40% and higher are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp on +971 50 432 9335 within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Sale Items are not eligible for refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
